• Note: Assembly applies to the sauna only. Electrical work for the heater requires a licensed electrician and is separate from the information provided.

• 10.5kW heaters require a 50-amp connection.

• Shipping dates provided on our website are estimates. There may be unforeseen delays that occur, but we do our very best to get your sauna delivered as soon as possible.

• Free shipping is included for the 48 contiguous United States. 

• Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. That means the driver will unload the sauna at the curb or entrance of your driveway.

• Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.

• You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

Important note:

• Island deliveries, rural areas, cul-de-sacs, limited access routes that shippers can not reach, and special circumstances where shippers cannot perform a lift-gate/curbside delivery, or where the customer is not available to receive the pre-scheduled delivery will likely incur additional fees

• Please do not put anything combustible above or next to your heater. You should have nothing installed on the back wall where your heater is mounted, directly above your heater, or close to the side of your heater.
• If you reside at a location with an elevation higher than 2500 feet, please inform us to calibrate your heater properly before shipping.
• All of our saunas are delivered as DIY kits, meaning they arrive unassembled and do not include installation services. Please reach out to sales if you have any questions regarding installation or need references for installers in your area.
• Please do not schedule electricians or contractors for installation until both your heater and sauna have arrived. We do our best to provide accurate delivery timelines, but sometimes delays can happen because of the high number of orders or unforeseen circumstances with our third-party shippers.
   

• Salus Saunas may occasionally provide contractor or electrician referrals as a courtesy. These individuals are independent, not employed by or affiliated with our company, and are solely responsible for all work they perform if you choose to use them.

Sauna Limited Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, at the original installation address, on saunas bought directly from Salus Saunas. Terms apply to residential use; commercial installations have shorter coverage (see the full policy).

• Structural wood: 5 years
• Harvia electric heaters: 5 years, including Xenio Wi-Fi controls (heating elements and stones: 1 year)
• HUUM electric heaters: 5 years (heater components: 2 years; heating elements, temperature sensor and stones: 1 year)
• Lighting: 1 year
• Shipping damage: covered when reported immediately upon delivery

Not covered / voids the warranty: natural wood color changes, weathering and grain variation; water damage from weather, flooding, pressure washing, snow or ice; disassembling the sauna or moving it to a new address; modifications; installation not done per the manual and local codes; misuse or lack of maintenance; purchases from third-party or second-hand sellers. Labor costs are not covered.
