Though we weren't able to install our sauna, Sal & his team were very mature and proactive from the moment we bought a sauna to assisting us with our return shipment. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

This is a great sauna that is well made. The full glass door is thick and very functional. The Bluetooth speakers and lights are a must and not standard or even optional on most competitors. We only put one person in the sauna at a time and it is roomy and comfortable. The Wi-Fi heater is fantastic since we can turn it on from anywhere and get things going. However, the best part of our purchase was the tremendous support provided by Salus Saunas. I had numerous contacts by both email and phone to ask questions to make sure I was making the right purchase...

The product delivered quickly and very well packaged with zero issues or damages (rare these days). Installation was very simple and quick and we use it every night. Very pleased with our decision to go with Salus Saunas.

Overall everything went good on the purchase, delivery, assembly and then use. The Sauna has a lot of power and works really good. Doesn't feel weak like others. Very much enjoy.

Sam was absolutely amazing. The level of customer service whenever I have a question or concern, is as good as it gets! My health-conscious and very fit son, talked me in to getting the sauna and now my wife and I use it more than he does.

great sauna would recommend a square shaped one

This company is excellent. The product was great and we had a technical issue with our heater and they helped connect with the manufacturer and get everything fixed. I cannot look. We use the sauna all day and works so well and we are very happy.

And the product (Salus Compass) is top notch (many people have commented on the quality of the wood, windows, doors, benches, etc.).I have referred Salus to friends, neighbors and family. And they have purchased and recommended to their neighbors, etc. as well.

Salus Saunas is a A+ company. When I first contacted the company the sales team addressed my needs and recommended the sauna that fit my needs and guided me through the sales process suggesting other options I would like to include.We have had the sauna for almost a year now and use probably 3 times a week, no issues and we totally enjoy its benefits.

Customer service was great, the spa easy to assemble ( albeit a little hard to get into a basement), and the finished product solid. Do wish the bench was a little wider but all in all really enjoy using it.

Delivery was on time, easy to assemble with great instructions and videos, good enough quality materials of construction, speakers were better than expected and fantastic heat distribution.

First class service from the Salus team! From start to finish. Everything arrived timely and as expected. With one hiccup where I got one bad box of rocks out of 15 and we had an issue with a bunch of them cracking and popping when we first heated it... I made mention to their team (which were easy to get on the phone multiple times), and they quickly sent out a fresh set of new rocks. You can't have everything of this size always end up perfectly, or very rarely, but when issues do arise, you want to have aligned with a professional and quick responding outfit like Salus. Hats off to their entire team over there! 10/10

Unexpectedly easy from start to finish. Customer service helped me pick the appropriate sauna and then offered a coupon code. Delivery went exactly as expected on a large item such as this. The sauna came in pieces making it easy to move into the house and made it organized so assembly was as easy as could be. We’ve been using our sauna and getting great sleep ever since 😀
