• Please do not put anything combustible above or next to your heater. You should have nothing installed on the back wall where your heater is mounted, directly above your heater, or close to the side of your heater.

• If you reside at a location with an elevation higher than 2500 feet, please inform us to calibrate your heater properly before shipping

• All of our saunas are delivered as DIY kits, meaning they arrive unassembled and do not include installation services. Please reach out to sales if you have any questions regarding installation or need references for installers in your area.

• Please do not schedule electricians or contractors for installation until both your heater and sauna have arrived. We do our best to provide accurate delivery timelines, but sometimes delays can happen because of the high number of orders or unforeseen circumstances with our third-party shippers.

• Shipping dates provided on our website are estimates. There may be unforeseen delays that occur, but we do our very best to get your sauna delivered as soon as possible.

• Free shipping is included for the 48 contiguous United States. 

• Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. That means the driver will unload the sauna at the curb or entrance of your driveway.

• Due to its large size, this sauna will be shipped via a flatbed carrier and offloaded with a forklift at your curbside. It will take 4-6 people to move the sauna by hand once on the curbside.

• You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.
   

Please note:

• Depending on the final location of your sauna, you may want to rent a forklift to move the pallet to its final location (with ideal conditions). Contact us prior to purchase with any questions.

• Your delivery driver will contact you 1-3 days before delivering to schedule an exact time of delivery.
   

Important note:

• If you cancel your order while it is in transit or you are unable to accept delivery of your sauna at the pre-established time, you will incur a shipping fee. The fee amount will vary depending on your location.

• Island deliveries, rural areas, cul-de-sacs, limited access routes that shippers can not reach, and special circumstances where shippers cannot perform a lift-gate/curbside delivery, or where the customer is not available to receive the pre-scheduled delivery will likely incur additional fees.

Sauna 5-Year Limited Warranty

Our 5-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with the wood. This warranty applies to defects that are not caused by customer misuse or negligence. It also includes coverage for shipping mishaps, provided they are reported immediately upon receiving the sauna.
 

Lighting Warranty

Our sauna lighting has a 1-year warranty.

Heater Limited Warranty

• Harvia Electric Heater: 1-year warranty on the heating elements, 2-year warranty on Xenio control units, and a 5-year warranty on the other components.

• HUUM Electric Heater: 5-year warranty on the heater components excluding the heating elements.

What Voids The Warranty

• Product Modifications: Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components.
• Incorrect Installation: Failure to install the product according to the recommended instructions in the manual.
• User Damage: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
