Salus Saunas Ice Bath

• Before placing an order, please review our Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Shipping Policy.

• Free shipping is included for the 48 contiguous United States. 

• Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. That means the driver will unload the sauna at the curb or entrance of your driveway.

• Our ice baths ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.

• For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.

• You will receive a notification when your ice bath ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

Note:  Island deliveries, rural areas, cul-de-sacs, limited access routes that shippers can not reach, and special circumstances where shippers cannot perform a lift-gate/curbside delivery, or where the customer is not available to receive the pre-scheduled delivery will likely incur additional fees

Ice Bath 1-Year Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including wood defects, the wood structure of the tub, the PVC or stainless steel insert or the cover, as long as the issues are not due to customer misuse. It also includes shipping mishaps, provided they are reported upon receiving the sauna.

What Voids The Warranty

• Product Modifications: Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components.
• Incorrect Installation: Failure to install the product according to the recommended instructions in the manual.
• User Damage: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
