Cold Plunge 1-Year Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including wood defects, the wood structure of the tub, the PVC or stainless steel insert, the cover, and the chiller, as long as the issues are not due to customer misuse. It also includes shipping mishaps, provided they are reported upon receiving the sauna.

What Voids The Warranty

• Product Modifications: Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components.
• Incorrect Installation: Failure to install the product according to the recommended instructions in the manual.
• User Damage: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
