• Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. For a white-glove delivery (additional cost), contact shipping@salussaunas.com before purchasing to see if this option is available for your delivery location.

• Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.

• You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

• Shipping dates provided on our website are estimates. There may be unforeseen delays that occur, but we do our very best to get your sauna delivered as soon as possible.

Note:  Island deliveries, rural areas, cul-de-sacs, limited access routes that shippers can not reach, and special circumstances where shippers cannot perform a lift-gate/curbside delivery, or where the customer is not available to receive the pre-scheduled delivery will likely incur additional fees

• Please ensure that your indoor ambient temperature is 70°F for the sauna to heat up optimally

• The sauna max temperature setting is 150°F, however your sauna may only reach 135°F - 140°F depending upon ambient temperature and sauna environment

• Our infrared saunas are for indoor use only. They are not meant for outdoors, and in doing so, voids the warranty

Sauna Limited Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, at the original installation address, on saunas bought directly from Salus Saunas. Terms apply to residential use; commercial installations have shorter coverage (see the full policy).

• Structural wood: 5 years
• Lighting: 1 year
• Shipping damage: covered when reported immediately upon delivery

Indoor use only: infrared and full spectrum saunas are designed for indoor use. Installing this sauna outdoors voids the warranty.

Not covered / voids the warranty: natural wood color changes and grain variation; water damage; disassembling the sauna or moving it to a new address; modifications; installation not done per the manual and local codes; misuse or lack of maintenance; purchases from third-party or second-hand sellers. Labor costs are not covered.
