Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Salus Saunas Affiliate Program

1. Confidentiality

By joining the Affiliate campaign, you agree to treat all information provided in this brief as confidential and to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Affiliate Promotion

You will promote saunas and cold plunges from Salus Saunas using your unique affiliate link or code. Promotion should align with the platforms and methods outlined in Salus Saunas’ guidelines, and any restricted methods will be communicated to you in advance. You are responsible for accurately representing the products and adhering to any content guidelines provided by Salus Saunas.

3. Affiliate Revenue

For every sale made through your affiliate link or code, you will receive $250 in affiliate revenue.

• This payout applies to all eligible sauna and cold plunge products without exclusions, unless otherwise specified in future updates.

• This payout applies to each sauna or cold plunge successfully sold via your referral.

4. Discount for Customers

Your customers will receive a $100 discount on their purchase when they use your affiliate link or code. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct code or link is shared with potential customers.

5. Commission Attribution

If a customer uses one affiliate’s unique link and another affiliate’s code during the same transaction, the commission will be credited to the affiliate whose code is applied at checkout, irrespective of the initial link clicked.

• This policy ensures that affiliates who promote and share discount codes receive appropriate credit for completed purchases.

• Affiliates are encouraged to promote both their unique links and codes to maximize their referral potential.

6. Content Creation

You are permitted to create your own promotional content, subject to approval by Salus Saunas, or you may request additional image or video materials from us to assist with your marketing efforts.

7. Payout Terms

• Timing: Payments will be made to you once the customer’s order has been fulfilled, and within 90 days at the latest. In the event of delays beyond 90 days, Salus Saunas will communicate the reason for the delay and provide an updated timeline for payment.

• Requirements: You must ensure that all payment details provided are accurate and up to date to avoid delays.

• Cancellations: If a customer cancels their order or returns the sauna, the affiliate commission payout will be voided.

8. Compliance with Laws

All promotional efforts must comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to consumer protection regulations, advertising standards, and intellectual property laws.

9. Modification and Termination

• Modifications: Salus Saunas reserves the right to modify the terms of this affiliate program at any time, including but not limited to commission rates, discount amounts, and payout schedules. Affiliates will be provided with at least 30 days' notice before any changes take effect. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

• Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time by providing written notice.

10. No Employment Relationship

Participation in this affiliate program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Salus Saunas. You are an independent contractor responsible for your own tax obligations and legal compliance.

11. Liability

Salus Saunas will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any disputes arising from the affiliate program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Washington.
