  • Free shipping is included for the 48 contiguous United States. 
  • Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. For a white-glove delivery (additional cost), contact shipping@salussaunas.com before purchasing to see if this option is available for your delivery location.
  • Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.
  • For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.
  • You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

Note: Island deliveries are subject to additional fees. The customer will incur 100% of the additional delivery costs.

Love my infrared sauna. They were helpful during the purchasing process while I was deciding which one to get, communication was great. Assembly was really easy, only thing I would suggest (I also got the sauna over a year ago, so they might have already fixed this) is the base assembly plan didn't include instructions do it was hard to understand front to back, etc. notes on the 1:1 scale plan would help :). But this is a minor thing, the sauna per se is great. No regrets!|
