Note: Assembly applies to the sauna only. Electrical work for the heater requires a licensed electrician and is separate from the information provided.

• Installation: All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician

• Power Requirements: All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection

• Pre-Wired Components: Infrared heaters and lighting come pre-wired from the factory

• Breaker type: GFCI breakers should not be used

• Traditional Heater: 8kW, requires a 40 amp breaker
• Power Distribution: The 40 amp breaker feeds the main switch, which then distributes power to the infrared system, traditional heater, and lighting

• This sauna features powerful Red Light Therapy.

• The panels of this sauna come pre-assembled and do not come apart. Please refer to the owner's manual and keep this in mind when determining sauna placement and installation.

• Please do not put anything combustible above or next to your heater. You should have nothing installed on the back wall where your heater is mounted, directly above your heater, or close to the side of your heater.

• If you reside at a location with an elevation higher than 2500 feet, please inform us to calibrate your heater properly before shipping

• All of our saunas are delivered as DIY kits, meaning they arrive unassembled and do not include installation services. Please reach out to sales if you have any questions regarding installation or need references for installers in your area.

• Please do not schedule electricians or contractors for installation until both your heater and sauna have arrived. We do our best to provide accurate delivery timelines, but sometimes delays can happen because of the high number of orders or unforeseen circumstances with our third-party shippers.

• Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. That means the driver will unload the sauna at the curb or entrance of your driveway.

• Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.

• For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.

• You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

• Shipping dates provided on our website are estimates. There may be unforeseen delays that occur, but we do our very best to get your sauna delivered as soon as possible.

Sauna 7-Year Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including lighting, technology inside the sauna, and wood defects (excluding natural wood cracks) that are not the fault of the customer. It also extends to shipping mishaps, provided they are reported upon receiving the sauna.

Heater Limited Warranty

• Harvia Electric Heater: 1-year warranty on the heating elements, and a 5-year warranty on the other components.
• HUUM Electric Heater: 5-year warranty on the heater components excluding the heating elements.

What Voids The Warranty

• Product Modifications: Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components.

• Incorrect Installation: Failure to install the product according to the recommended instructions in the manual.
• User Damage: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
• Placing The Sauna Outdoor: Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty.
