Terms and Conditions of Pre-Order Policy

1. Pre-Order & Deposit

Select sauna models are available for pre-order due to limited availability or extended lead times. A 50% deposit is required at checkout to secure your order. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price.

2. Pricing

Your price is locked in at the time of pre-order. No price increases will apply after your deposit is placed.

3. Estimated Lead Time

Pre-order items have an estimated ship time listed on the product page. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to production, materials, or shipping factors. If delays occur, we will notify you.

4. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due prior to shipment. You will be contacted when your sauna is nearing completion.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your pre-order before production begins for a full refund, minus payment processing fees.
  
• Once production has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  
• After production begins, deposits may be transferred to another sauna of equal or greater value.
  

6. Order Changes

Changes to your order may not be possible once production has started. Please contact sales@salussaunas.com or (888) 287-0111 as soon as possible if a change is needed.

7. Warranty

Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date, not the pre-order date.

8. Acceptance

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
