  • Free shipping is included for the 48 contiguous United States. 
  • Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. For a white-glove delivery (additional cost), contact shipping@salussaunas.com before purchasing to see if this option is available for your delivery location.
  • Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.
  • For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.
  • You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

Note: Island deliveries are subject to additional fees. The customer will incur 100% of the additional delivery costs.

Electrical Requirements
  • All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician
  • All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection
  • 4.5kw and 6kw heaters require a 30 amp connection
  • 8kw heaters require a 40 amp connection
  • 9kw heaters require a 50 amp connection
  • The wood burning stoves require no electrical hookup. These come with a full chimney and chimney kit for installation.

I purchased my sauna at a Home and Garden show since they were offering such a great deal. I was able to do no interest financing to make it more affordable. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had regarding how much electricity it pulls when running it and all the wonderful features. I received my sauna within a month and it did take awhile to put together however it is so worth it. I obviously use it a lot more in the winter but to have the ability to get in it when I have a lot of aches and pains from a lot of yard work is the best medicine. I absolutely love it and am very happy with my purchase.|
