  • Our saunas are delivered via curbside delivery. If you require a different delivery method, please email sales@salussaunas.com and request a custom shipping quote.
  • Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.
  • For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.
  • You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our driversā€™ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

Note: Island deliveries are subject to additional fees. The customer will incur 100% of the additional delivery costs.

Sauna Type

Heater and stones are essential to a traditional sauna experience. With the room at least heated to 160ĀŗF, the traditional sauna can be enjoyed two ways. The first is called a dry sauna, which lacks any added moisture. The second is called a wet sauna, where you sprinkle water onto the heated stones to create a refreshing burst of steam and added humidity. Traditional indoor saunas use your existing floor, and the Impress is no exception. Read about suitable floor options here.

Assembly

Mid-level handyman and assembly skills are recommended for this sauna. Minimal sawing or modifying certain components may be necessary during the assembly process. Two people can generally do the assembly in 6-8 hours. It is recommended that you review the installation manual in advance to familiarize yourself with the process.

Electrical Requirements
  • All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician
  • All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection
  • 4.5kw and 6kw heaters require a 30 amp connection
