Our saunas are delivered via curbside delivery. If you require a different delivery method, please email sales@salussaunas.com and request a custom shipping quote.
Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.
For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.
You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

Note: Island deliveries are subject to additional fees. The customer will incur 100% of the additional delivery costs.

All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician
All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection
Infrared side needs 2 dedicated 20amp outlets. They should be GDCI outlets since they will probably be outside. They do NOT need to be hard wired, they plug into regular outlets.
Traditional side needs to be hardwired, 240volt, 30 OR 40 amp breaker.
Renew and Revive require 30 amp for the 6kw heater
Aspire requires 40 amp for the 8kw heater.
The wood burning stoves require no electrical hookup.
These come with a full chimney and chimney kit for installation.
