Ship-times can vary from season to season, and from model to model. Give us a call at 888-287-0111 or email sales@salussaunas.com to determine when your sauna is estimated to ship so you can begin planning for its delivery!

Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs. In both cases, you will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery.

Please note that we will do our best to accommodate the delivery of your sauna around your busy schedule. However, we thank you in advance for being flexible with our driver’s rigid and pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

*Please Note: Island Deliveries are subject to additional fees. The Customer will be charged 100% of the additional delivery costs

What an incredible deal! My sauna arrived exactly as promised. It was well packaged and not a sign of any damage. The breakdown of the packaging was easy enough. The instructions are very clear and thorough. My sauna was up and running within 2 hours with 2 adults putting it together. I couldn’t be more delighted. I use it frequently and have barely noticed any increase on my electric bill. I purchased the two person model so there was no need for an electrician.
