A powerful electric heater designed for larger sauna rooms, including our 6-person models. The Harvia Virta combines modern stainless steel design with substantial stone capacity (100–150 lbs), delivering steady, even heat and soft, balanced steam. The exposed stone layout also allows you to ladle water over the top for a deeper humidity boost.

 

Equipped with a digital control system and Wi-Fi capability, the Virta allows you to adjust temperature, schedule sessions up to 12 hours in advance, and manage settings remotely for added convenience. Available in 6kW, 8kW, 9kW, and 10.5kW configurations.

Electrical Requirements

  • All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician

  • All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection

  • 6kw heaters require a 30 amp connection

  • 8kw heaters require a 40 amp connection

  • 9kw heaters require a 50 amp connection

  • 10.5kw heaters require a 50 amp connection
