Electrical Requirements

  • All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician

  • All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection

  • 10kw heaters require a 1 x 50 amp connection

  • 12.5kw heaters require a 2 x 35 amp connection

  • 15kw heaters require a 2 x 40 amp connection

  • All of these heaters required 240v double pole non gfci breakers

Delivery Process

  • Saunas ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight or dedicated flatbed carriers

  • You will receive a shipment notification once your order leaves our facility

  • Delivery windows are coordinated with the carrier and may require schedule flexibility
