  • Our saunas are delivered via curbside delivery. If you require a different delivery method, please email sales@salussaunas.com and request a custom shipping quote.
  • Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.
  • For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.
  • You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

Note: Island deliveries are subject to additional fees. The customer will incur 100% of the additional delivery costs.

Electrical Requirements
  • All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician
  • All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection
  • 4.5kw and 6kw heaters require a 30 amp connection
  • 8kw heaters require a 40 amp connection
  • 9kw heaters require a 50 amp connection
  • The wood burning stoves require no electrical hookup. These come with a full chimney and chimney kit for installation.

After looking online for a Barrel Sauna, I stumbled on Mark at Salus Saunas. I am a try before you buy kinda guy, so I finagled a showing.On first appearance it's exactly what you're looking for in a barrel sauna. Good cedar, super hot, comfy and steamy. Mark offers great customer service, and you can tell that up front.The Sauna I viewed had been in the Northwest Rain for 3 years so far, and looked and worked great. The only complaint I would have was the door clasp, which Mark said they had fixed in newer models.But as this is a first review, I'll keep it short. I just ordered one that will arrive in January of 2019. So I'll update everyone then. They've set the bar pretty high so I look forward to writing a second review when it arrives.|
