The essential oil box offers a wide variety of essential oil scents to complement your sauna experience. Each scented oil is unique and can be used on its own or blended with another oil (or two) creating an atmosphere of relaxation and health. We offer eight natural essential oil scents: pine, ylang ylang, lavender, cedarwood, frankincense, eucalyptus, peppermint, and lemon oil. Each oil has a lovely scent and is unique in its health and wellness benefits:

Pine: helps reduce inflammation, boosts the immune system, and relieves pain and stress
Ylang ylang: natural mood lifter, antiseptic, and body relaxer
Lavender: helps increase sleep quality, reduces anxiety, and assists in pain relief
Cedarwood: helps with inflammation, natural antiseptic, and natural deodorizer
Frankincense: immune booster, heals skin and prevents signs of aging, aids in digestion
Eucalyptus: invigorating, relaxing, good for sleep, and to clear the mind
Peppermint: Energizing and cooling/ calming effect
Lemon Oil: Mood booster and immune support, natural antiseptic

To create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere mix essential oils in a bucket of water and sprinkle the mixture over the heated rocks. Each scent comes in a 10ml bottle. Recommended dilution: 3-6 drops of oil per quart of water to desired effect.
